What happens if you have to cancel your booked holiday?

(These conditions apply to all houses of Sporthotel Quellenhof).

A processing charge of 30,00€ per room is charged for cancellations up to 8 weeks before arrival date. A cancellation fee of 100,00 Euros per room is charged for cancellations up to 4 weeks before arrival date. Cancellations up to 7 days before arrival will be charged 300,00 Euros per room. For suites (Traumsuite, Ortler, Top-Suite, Schmuck-Kastl, Type D and L) there is a cancellation fee of 500,00 Euros per suite for cancellations up to 7 days before arrival. If you have to cancel within the last 7 days before arrival you will be charged for one week (according to Italian law).

If a guest cancels on the last day or doesn’t turn up he will charged for the full length of stay booked. If a guest leaves us earlier he will be charged for the complete length of time booked. We advise our guests to take out a private cancellation insurance. Cancellation conditions during the Christmas period vary.

IMPORTANT: these cancellation conditions apply even if the room can be partially or fully re rented.

Rooms are available after 2 pm on arrival date and should be vacated by 11 am on departure date. Unfortunately we cannot reserve special room numbers or floors. All other price lists loose their validity with this one.
