One of the best cooks in South Tyrol is our head chef at Quellenhof: Walter Raffl. Let him and his team spoil you and your taste buds. We place great value in using fresh local products to prepare our gourmet meals.

Creative specialities: on your plate, North meets the South: from hearty South Tyrolean specialties to traditional "farmer food" and light and healthy Mediterranean dishes. Our chefs prepare homemade Italian classics daily, such as pasta, pizza and ice cream! Their motto: true pleasure begins at the palette!

Our sommelier Matteo Lattanzi will see to it that your wine glass never runs dry - he will recommend the perfect wine to accompany your meal. What's more, our chefs will do their best to fulfill any wish, no matter how big or small. If you have a special request, please ask!
