You and your little ones can let off steam on the slides, splash around in the water and enjoy the outdoor area. The loungers in the garden are always on hand should you need to just chill for a bit. The Quellenhof’s sunny setting in Val Passiria is perfect!

Another highlight at our family hotel in South Tyrol is the family sauna in the Quellenhof Park Residence. From the Laconium, our Roman sweat bath, to the brine grotto, the entire family can enjoy the wide range of spa activities on offer.

Family Saunas at the Quellenhof Park Residence

Children aged 6 and up can, when accompanied by a parent, learn just how relaxing a sauna can be in the Quellenhof Park Residence family sauna. The family saunas may only be accessed by guests wearing bathing suits.

The family sauna in the Quellenhof Park Residence includes:

Laconium: The heated walls and benches keep this room at a comfortable 60°C – the perfect way to introduce your children to the sauna experience. A wonderful way to relax!

Herbal Bath: The mild temperatures take it easy on your circulation and pleasant aroma of the herbs is wholly beneficial.

Steam Bath: With high humidity and warm temperatures of approx. 45°C, this will open your pores and relax your body.

Finnish Sauna: At a temperature of approx. 90°C, you begin to sweat very quickly. The cooling down session after your sauna visit strengthens your body’s defences.

Finnish Outdoor Sauna in the block hut: A visit to our outdoor sauna, built in the shape of a block hut, is a unique experience.

Infrared Cabin: The infrared light warms your body from the inside.

Mental Oasis: Chill out and relax as colours interact with each other.
