Elegant redesign of the bar, terrace, and à la carte restaurant
The terrace and bar are among the most beloved meeting spots of our resort – perfect for an aperitif at sunset, an afternoon ice cream, or simply to enjoy the enchanting evening atmosphere.
Starting in 2026, these special spaces will be completely redesigned with an elegant and welcoming style, offering an even more inviting setting and unforgettable moments of pleasure.
A new à la carte restaurant will also be introduced, where guests can savor refined dishes in a beautifully designed atmosphere.
The bar, terrace, and restaurant will also be open to external guests, allowing everyone to enjoy the unique ambiance of our resort.
The new Sky-Restaurant Teppanyaki

Quellenhof Luxury Resort Passeier
One of the highlights for 2026 will be the Sky-Restaurant Teppanyaki (specialty of Japanese cuisine),conceived as a completely new gastronomic space designed to offer guests a high-end culinary experience. The outdoor area will be redesigned and enhanced with a fully glazed façade, providing a unique panoramic view of the Val Passiria mountains.
The new concept will allow guests not only to watch the chef prepare dishes live, in true Teppanyaki tradition, but to enjoy the experience in a more immersive setting, thanks to a 360° panoramic view of the alpine landscape. As the restaurant will accommodate a maximum of 17 guests, seating will remain limited and advance reservation will continue to be essential.
