What is a cryosauna and how does the treatment work?
A cryosauna is a highly effective form of cold therapy, in which the body is briefly exposed to extremely low temperatures.
The treatment is performed in swimwear. For optimal protection, guests wear gloves, socks, closed shoes, and mouth and ear protection. After an acclimatisation phase in the pre-chambers at -10 °C and -60 °C, guests enter the main cryo chamber at -110 °C.
Each session lasts 2 to 3 minutes and takes place under constant visual and verbal supervision by a qualified therapist.
